CD JEWEL CASE AND DVD CASE  DESCRIPTION:

DVD case is also named DVD box, DVD cover, DVD storage case, DVD holder. it is used to pack DVD's, DVD Case is made of PP (polypropylene) material.

CD Jewel case is also named CD case, Jewel case, CD Box, CD cover, It is used for packing CD's, so it is also named CD Storage, CD Holder, but it is different from CD Sleeve. CD Jewel Case is made of PS (polystyrene) material.

CD JEWEL CASE AND DVD CASE CLASSIFICATION:

1).DVD case has two types, One is standard size DVD Case,the other small (mini) DVD case. Standard size DVD Case has: 5MM SUPER SLIM DVD CASE,7MM SLIM DVD CASE,9MM SLIM DVD CASE; 14MM STANDARD DVD CASE. Small Size DVD case has: 10.4mm Small DVD Case, 7mm small DVD Case,5.2mm small DVD Case.

2).CD jewel case has 2 types: 5.2mm SLIM CD JEWEL CASE; 10.4mm STANDARD CD JEWEL CASE ( including Single CD jewel case and Double CD jewel case).

SMALL DVD CASE DETAILED INTRODUCTION:

Small DVD case is the DVD case whose length is nearly half of the standard Size. It made of PP material so it is also called PP CD case (PP CD box), it also has sleeve outside of the case. There're 3 type of PP CD case 10.4mm PP CD case, 7mm PP CD case and 5.2mm PP CD Box.

The size of 10.4mm PP CD case is 142x123x10.4mm,The size of 7mm PP CD case is 142x123x7mm,The size of 5.2mm PP CD case is 142x123x5.2mm

 

CD JEWEL CASE DETAILED INTRODUCTION:

CD Jewel case can be divided into different types:

 

Standard CD jewel case: the size of standard CD jewel case is 142x123x10.4mm,

standard CD jewel case has two types: standard Single CD jewel case and Standard double CD jewel case, if the CD tray can hold only one disc it is standard single CD jewel case, if the CD tray can hold two discs it is double CD jewel case. The CD jewel could be clear or colored or black. For example standard Single CD jewel case with black tray assembled, standard Double CD jewel case with clear tray assembled. The clear tray is made of pure new material so it is clear and its price is higher than the CD jewel case whose CD tray is black,because black tray is made of recycled material. Good quality CD tray is very important, if use the material black CD tray has been recycled many times, it is fragile. And you know if the CD tray is easily broken, the whole CD jewel case will be useless. 

 

Slim CD jewel case: the size of Slim CD jewel case is 142x123x5.2mm.

Slim CD jewel case does not has a seperate tray between the top cover and the base, generally the top cover is clear and the base is clear or colored or black. The clear slim CD jewel and colored slim CD jewel case have the same price because they are made of new material, and the slim CD jewel case with clear top and black base is a little cheaper than the clear slim CD jewel case or colored slim CD jewel case, because the black base is made of recycled material.

 

There's also 4-disc CD jewel case which can hold 4 discs, 5-disc CD jewel case which can hold 5 discs, 6-disc CD jewel case which can hold 6 discs, 8-disc CD jewel case which can hold 8 discs, 10-disc CD jewel Case which can hold 10 discs.

 

DVD CASE DETAILED INTRODUCTION:

DVD Case can be divided into different types:according to the thickness of them, Generally the length and width of them is the same, their thickness is different:

14mm Standard DVD case:  135x189x14mm,  9mm  DVD case: 191x135x9mm

7mm DVD case: 191x135x7mm, 5.2mm DVD Case: 191x135x5.2mm　

　

DVD case can be divided into two group: Single DVD case and multi DVD case,  for example: Single DVD Case, Double DVD Case and Triple DVD case, etc; according to how many disc the DVD case can hold. Single DVD Case can hold one DVD, Double DVD Case can hold two DVDs, Triple DVD case can hold three DVDs,etc.

　

DVD Case can be divided into black DVD case, clear DVD case and color DVD case, according to the color of the DVD case, for example: Black DVD Case, Blue DVD Case, Pink DVD Case,etc. Black DVD case is generally made of recycled material, but it is also can be made of new material after  the new material mix up the black pigment. colored DVD case is made of new material.

　

DVD case can be divided into two group: DVD Case with DVD Logo and DVD Case without DVD Logo, according to the DVD logo.

　

DVD case can be divide into: Glossy film DVD Case and Matt film DVD Case, according to the film which covered outside of the DVD case. The film is also named Sleeve.

　

DVD case can be divided into: Machine runnable DVD Case and hand packing DVD case, according to how to pack DVD into the DVD case. Machine runnable DVD case can be run on packing machine.
